C.A.R.E.S FAQ's

Our school provides before and/or after class (Kinder thru 8th Grade) child care services supervised by Mrs. Denise Robinson.
C.A.R.E.S Rates
Registration Fee - $10.00 per Family

Morning Rates
$5.00- If checked in between 7:00Am & 7:30Am
$2.00 - If checked in after 7:30Am

After School Rates
$6.00 - If your child is picked up on or before 4Pm
$12.00 - After 4:00Pm till 6:00Pm

Noon Dismissals and Full Days - $4.00 /Hr.

Late Fee - $125.00 if picked up after 6:00Pm

Parent Agreement
1. Program Hours are from 7:00Am to 8:00Am and 2:45 (2:30Pm on Fridays) - 6:00Pm
2. Pick-up after 6:00Pm will result in a late fee of $15.00 being assessed.
3. Program Pick-up procedure requires one adult to to sign the child(ren) out of the program.
4. Program Payment Plan:
Daily - Payment due upon pick-up.
Weekly - Payment is due upon pick-up on the last day of the week.
All payments must be paid by the end of the month.
5. Program Philosophy endorses the core Christian concepts of the school. The C.A.R.E.S Program is an extension of the Catholic Pholosophy that is vital to faith instruction.
6. Program curriculum is a mixture of events including: Written homework, Recreational play, Art, Christian video viewing.
7. Outside activities require that students bring casual attire.
8. Program Staff are employed by the parish school and by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

$10.00 Registration Fee per Family / Lunch Bunch - 11:30Am / After School - 2:45/2:30Pm & 1/2 days
Picked up by 6:00Pm - $3.00 an hour _ _ Late Fee - $15.00 if picked up after 6:00Pm._ _ **Rates subject to change**

Lunch Bunch- How it works:
1. Starts when your child is dismissed from class.
2. The teacher will take your child to the lunch bunch room. (C.A.R.E.S. room )
3. 12:00 is lunch time (you will need to provide a lunch).
4. Free play time.
5. Parent signs child out by 6:00Pm.

After School services:
After class the children staying are taken to the C.A.R.E.S room from 2:45Pm (2:30Pm on Firdays) to 6:00Pm. Snack is provided. A parent must sign the child out by 6:00Pm.(still $3.00/hr.)_ _ Late Fee - $15.00 if picked up after 6:00Pm._ _ **Rates subject to change**

SMSR Summer Day Camp

The fun begins on June 21st., drop you children off for a day loaded full of Funtastic events.
There will be Arts-n-Crafts, Games, Water Play, Computer learning activities and much, much more.

During the weeks the children will be at camp we will be going outside for water playing activities.
Please bring in the listed items below, in a bag with your child's name on it.
1.) Bathing suit or clothes that can get wet.
2.) Towel
3.) Shoes that can get wet.
4.) Sunscreen
5.) A plastic bag for wet clothes.
Shoes must be worn at all times! We will have water play everyday weather permitting.

Camp begins June 21st and ends September 3rd - Fee is a $160.00 /wk. and $80.00 for each additional child or $35.00/dy.
Registration fee is $10. 00 per family
